Christchurch is one of the three Forest Holidays sites at the Forest of Dean. Surrounded by walking and cycling routes down to the near by river, this is an ideal location for a family holiday. The site has 280 pitches and is ran jointly with it's neighbour Bracelands which has 520 pitches. There is a shop, toilet and shower blocks and a children's play area.

We are looking to recruit two Site Assistants for our Forest of Dean site. The contract will be from mid May 2010 to early September.
The role of Site Assistant would require you to work 5 out of 7 days and this includes weekends, early mornings and late evenings on a rota system.
General duties would include site maintenance and upkeep including cleaning of the site toilet and shower blocks, reception duties, catering and shop duties, maintaining pre erected tents on 2 changeover days and meeting and greeting customers.
The ideal candidate will be hardworking, flexible, supportive to other team members, and have a aptitude for delivering great customer service.
Any knowledge of the following would be beneficial to your application (though not essential):
-Customer Service experience
-Experience of Reception duties
-An understanding of H&S principles and practices
-IT/administration skills
-'Trade skills' -plumbing, electrics etc
- Retail / Catering experience
