We specialise in high quality 4 and 5 star static caravan holiday parks in prime destinations around the country including the Yorkshire Dales, the Weardale Valley, Northumberland, the Ribble Valley and the Cornish coast. What makes us different to other holiday parks is our policy of private ownership which we insist on to maintain the high quality of our parks and enhance the experience of our customers.
The holiday homes on the majority of our parks are 100% privately owned with the exception of a small number of rental caravans at Par Sands in Cornwall. These rentals are strictly managed by ourselves to maintain the highest standards.
Because of this 'owners only' approach, our parks attract the discerning holiday maker who doesn't wish to be met by different faces every time they stay. They like that they get to know the other owners and enjoy the peace of mind that quality will always be maintained because of like minded people taking pride in their own holiday homes and surroundings just as they do.
Our Holiday Home Sales Teams are both proactive and focus on Customer Service. All who wish to be a member of this elite team are required to show a dedicated approach to exceeding achievable targets with a consistent approach to excellence in service. We are able to convert a higher proportion of our owner base with this successful approach.
