Seasonal warden couple required to join our team for the 2018 season until mid November.

Duties will include maintaining our facilities to a 5 star standard, reception (previous experience is required), grounds maintenance and front of house including some shifts in our bar and restaurant.

These are seasonal positions. The working week is six days out of seven to include evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business. Evenings on call on rotation with Park Managers. Due to the nature of the business, holidays are not permitted during the season.

Accommodation is provided together with utilities as part of the package.

There is the opportunity to earn a performance related bonus payable upon completion of the season.

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced person to take on the role of Campsite Warden at Longmeadow Campsite.

Longmeadow is a 100 pitch campsite based in the centre of the New Forest. The site is part of a 250 acre estate run by the New Forest Agricultural Show Society. For more information please visit www.longmeadowcampsite.com

The successful candidate will be required to work five days a week until November 2018 and oversee the outdoor management of the site whilst being able to assist in the office.

The role includes

Reception:

Manning the reception when required, taking phone enquiries and managing the bookings system, welcoming new arrivals, responding to queries and directing visitors to their pitch.

Toilet and Shower Block:

Keep the block clean and tidy, maintaining stock levels and notifying the estate office of any damages to the building

Ground maintenance:

Cutting and strimming of the grass, Keeping the site generally clean and tidy, Light maintenance

General:

Maintaining a friendly site, responding to queries, helping customers and any other relevant job that arises throughout the season.

Longmeadow Campsite is a friendly campsite and the job is a really enjoyable position. The role is supported by both an office-based team who oversee the running of New Park.

Along with a wage the warden will be provided with an electric hard standing pitch but will need to bring their own caravan / motorhome.

A Warden couple are required at a busy Holiday Caravan Park in the Lake District. The Wardens will be required to work in all aspects of the Park operations.

The job description:

You need to be computer literate, updating and keeping track of an on-line booking system. Answering the phone and replying to messages and emails (training given).

Organising pitches and hook-ups for incoming caravans or motor homes and greet new arrivals, showing them to their pitch, occasionally adding more electric units if required.

Communicate with the regular customers, collecting pitch fees and reloading electric meter cards.

Keep the site tidy, checking bins and recycling, putting bins out for collection, checking cesspit level.

A basic understanding of the electrical supply, enough to be able to reset a trip switch.

Hand mowing, ride on leaf and twig collector and possibly some remuneration if you are confident with a large ride on mower.

Very approximately 7 hours work a week

An organised and tidy approach

Warden couple required to work as part of a team under the Park Managers at a busy privately owned holiday and residential park.

Duties to include park maintenace, reception and working along side the existing management and park staff. Duty on call rota with the Park Managers. Responsibility of the park when covering for management holidays /days off.

The Park is one of a number in the area owned and operated by Allens Caravans Estates Ltd.

Accommodation is a residential twin park home centrally located on the park. Accommodation and utility bills fall within the package.
