Winter warden couple (with the option to make the role permanent) required for our CLIFF HOUSE HOLIDAY PARK, in DUNWICH, SUFFOLK. Main duties to be cleaning of the two toilet blocks and providing out-of-hours evening and overnight emergency cover; there may also be support duties on the grounds and in the office or shop. This is a five day a week role including weekend and bank holidays.

A free-of-charge electric pitch comes with the job, so you will need to own your own tourer or motor home.

Couple required as Wardens for Holiday Park situated near York.

Duties may include reception, shop work, cleaning and other tasks involved in assisting the Managers in the day to day running of a park. Groundwork, grass-cutting, strimming and gardening together with maintenance and repairs are an integral part of this role. Cleaning of park facilities to a high standard. Previous experience in maintenance of hot tubs would be an advantage.

Due to longer opening hours in the high season, there may be evenings in the reception and shop together with late park inspections. These will coincide with evenings on call alternated with Park managers.

Successful candidates should possess a high level of customer care. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage. A clean, current driving licence is essential.

Due to the nature of this position, it would not be suitable for candidates with dependents.

There may be the opportunity of a permanent position upon satisfactory completion of season.

The hours are worked over a six day week with a five day week adopted during the quieter periods by prior arrangement.

Due to unforeseen circumstances a vacancy has arisen for an Assistant Warden couple to join our team for the remainder for the 2016 season until mid November. Our award winning 5 star family camping, caravan & holiday home park is situated 4 miles from Bowness on Windermere in the Lake District.

Duties are varied and will include the maintenance and cleaning of the toilet/shower block, general site maintenance and upkeep, grass cutting, grounds work, gas delivery, cleaning & maintenance of caravans and camping pods, reception duties, security and occasionally shop, bar & restaurant work.
You need to have come from a customer focused background and be able to deliver excellent customer care, are self-motivated, team players, work well under pressure, have a ""ready smile"" and be able to deal tactfully with any problems that may arise.

Previous experience on a busy camping & caravan park is essential as is use of a computerised booking system, we use RMS. A clean, current driving licence is required.

Normally a 5 day week including on call duties, however a 6 day week may be required during peak weeks.

• Cleaning the shower block and toilets, making sure they are regularly cleaned and checked to a very high standard.
• Making sure washing up area is clean and tidy.
