Job Vacancy: Assistant Wardens

Warden couple required now for work to include reception (computerised booking system), shop, cleaning of the amenity blocks, groundwork and maintenance. Good practical knowledge and approach required. Previous experience is not necessary. Applicants should be self-motivated, outgoing with excellent people skills. They must be enthusiastic and willing to work (and live) as part of our friendly team. This is a full time position.

Job Vacancy: Warden Couple

We are looking for couples who have their own tourer or motor home to come to live and work on our touring park for the 2011 season, April – October 2011.

Applicants must enjoy working as part of a team and look forward to welcoming customers to our touring park.
Applicants must be energetic, fit and enthusiastic as their duties will include a mixture of reception work, cleaning and general park maintenance.Computer literacy is essential as is a full clean driving licence.

No prior experience as wardens is necessary as full training will be given.

A good remuneration package is offered with free hard standing pitch inclusive of electric and laundry.

St Mary's Caravan Park is currently not trading, but under new ownership is being redeveloped ready for opening in March 2011. The park will be opened with fully refurbished pitches, amenity block, electrics, landscaping and wardens pitches and will operate 60 pitches. The park is close to the beach in this popular area of the North Wales coast and aims to be the premiere touring park in this area.

Job Vacancy: Warden

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced warden couple to open and manage this new site on the North Wales coast. The role compromises three parts.
The first from 1st October to 28th February will involve one person with manual labour skills to assist with the preparation works to redevelop the site, to report to the project manager and provide site security. This role will be for 30 hours per week.
The second role will involve an additional person from 1st January 2011 to 28th February 2011 with administration and cleaning skills to take bookings and prepare the site for its grand opening. This role will be for 30 hours per week also.
The expectation is that these two people are offered a summer contract as a warden couple to manage the site once open. Tasks include reception work, answering the phone, taking bookings, working with computers, retail in the shop, cleaning site facilities, site maintenance, customer care, pitching, grass care, health and safety recording, reporting to operations manager (not on site) and supervising a single warden assistant. This role starts on 1st March 2011 until 31st October 2011 and is for 40 hours per week

With the redevelopment of the site a new fenced warden's pitch will be provided. Persons applying for the position will require their own unit.
