We are located on the South West of Cornwall in a beautiful place called Holywell Bay.
The park accommodates for up to 700 Touring Caravans/Tents and we also have up to 55 Eurotents to hire out.
Job Vacancy: Wardens
Five pairs of warden couples for the 2014 season to start May till September.
We will be looking for positive, friendly, self motivated couples to be resident wardens working on site maintaining & cleaning one our four toilet/shower blocks per couple, which we need you to take pride in your finish and standards of cleaning.
Also meet & greet the customer and allocate them to their pitch.
Plus garden duties and cover where needed.
In return you will receive a pitch with electric for your Tourer/Motorhome and fishing rights to the sites three lakes and a chance to play many rounds of golf on our two golf courses.

Job Vacancy: Wardens for 2014
Couples required as Wardens and Senior Wardens for the 2014 Season for Holiday Parks throughout Yorkshire.
Duties may include siting tent and tourer arrivals, cleaning and other tasks involved in the day to day running of a park. Groundwork and gardening together with maintenance and repairs are an integral part of this role. Cleaning of park facilities to a high standard. There may also be other duties required within Park facilities.
Successful candidates should possess a high level of customer care. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage. A clean, current driving licence is essential.
Experience with gardening, landscape and groundwork would be an advantage.
Hours worked six days out of seven to include weekends and Bank Holidays. Will also include evenings on call.
We are offering an attractive package including salary together with bonuses and accommodation.
These positions would suit couples without dependents.

Warden Couple for Holiday Park (option to live in or out): Portland. Dorset
This is a unique opportunity to work as part of a team managing one of the most exclusive luxury venues in Dorset which is acquiring the neighbouring 5 Star Static Caravan Park. As well as being the Wardens managing the Caravan Park you will also be part of a team developing the business across Pennsylvania Castle Estate.
The Estate currently comprises of Pennsylvania Castle which is a 9 bedroom Castle hired out exclusively for Weddings, Corporate Events and Rentals. It attracts guest from all over the world and has featured in luxury magazines as well as film and television.
We are looking for a couple that can embrace a role larger than the traditional Park Warden role and become part of a team delivering a unique experience to its guests across both the Park and the Castle. Flexibility and a “can do” approach is important as is a willingness to learn new skills. We are especially interested to hear from couples who feel they can bring more to the position than the traditional Park Warden role. For example, do you have other experience in the hospitality sector?
The Wardens primary duties include ground maintenance, care of 70 caravans/chalets including 20 hire fleet, reception, and management of the site. DIY skills are essential as well as knowledge of upkeep of grounds, and a full driving license. There will be reception and cleaning duties, staff management, as well as out of hours support for the Estate. You should be familiar with cash management and working with suppliers.
This is a modern site and you must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft office and comfortable with using Park management software.
You will require a positive, enthusiastic approach combined with good humour and be happy to work hard in all conditions and keep flexible hours.
This is a full time role for both applicants and a comfortable mobile home can be provided as you will be on call. A non residential position would also be considered.
Salary will be based on skills and experience.
