Full time warden couple required for a busy holiday park in SE Cornwall. The role includes general grounds maintenance, grass cutting using park machinery, daily maintenance of indoor swimming pool & spa as well as cleaning of toilets & showers, cottages, statics and pods. You will be working in the reception & shop taking bookings using a computerised system. The role also includes some property maintenance.Your shared skills will need to include good administration and customer communication,high quality housekeeping standards and skills with the ability to manage a small team of cleaners,a good and proven knowledge of practical DIY with experience in plumbing and general construction a definite advantage. You will need lots of energy, excellent people skills, a positive attitude, a warm and friendly outgoing personality and a good sense of humour. You must be able to work using your own initiative or as an integral part of a close knit team working under the guidance of the park manager. The Camping and Caravanning Club is looking for Seasonal Site Assistants to assist our CitF Holiday Site Managers to cover a wide range of duties. We are looking for experienced campers or caravanners with excellent people skills who are active, physically fit and are capable of working as part of a small team. You will be required to work to a rota/flexible hours.

We employ mainly couples although there may be a few openings for single people and all applicants must have their own caravan or motorhome to live in on site. A tent is not suitable. A free pitch with electric hook-up for the duration of the contract is provided.

Job Vacancy: Seasonal Wardens for 2015

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working and practical couple to work as Wardens for the 2015 Season.

Duties will include siting tent and tourer arrivals, cleaning and other tasks involved in the day to day running of a park. Groundwork and gardening together with maintenance and repairs are an integral part of this role. Other tasks such as gas deliveries and out of hours check in. Cleaning of park facilities to a high standard. There may also be other duties required within Park facilities. Evenings on call will involve late patrol of the park.

Successful candidates should possess a high level of customer care. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage. A clean, current driving licence is essential.

Hours worked five days out of seven to include weekends and Bank Holidays. Will also include evenings on call.

We are offering an attractive package including salary together with bonuses and accommodation.

An energetic and proactive team leader who can lead from the front in what will predominantly be a hands on and mainly outdoor role at our premier caravan and camping park in Edinburgh.
Skills such as operating a tractor, mini digger, ride on grass-cutter and other types of ground-care equipment are essential along with a positive attitude and great communication skills.
You will be expected to demonstrate an ability to successfully manage the day to day maintenance and housekeeping aspects of our park operation and to have a passion for the great outdoors as we strive as team to provide excellent caravan and camping holidays.
The role reports directly to the General Manager and will include providing duty management cover.
Experience in siting caravan holiday homes is advantageous but not essential.

Couple required as permanent live-in wardens to join our established team. One person will be responsible for the grounds & maintenance department working hands on with and supervising our grounds team. The role is varied and includes all aspects of general grounds work, repairs & maintenance, DIY projects, joinery, basic plumbing, record keeping etc.
One person will be mainly employed in our housekeeping department working hands on but also supervising and overseeing our small housekeeping team -there will also be some office/reception hours when necessary.
Both applicants should have a high standard of customer service, professional in attitude, a flexible approach, good sense of humour, be well presented , hard working and team players. Both must hold a full UK driving licence and provide excellent references. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Hours will be varied.
Jointly you will be site wardens - responsible for the park out of hours in the managers' absence.
