Job Vacancy: Warden Couple

We are looking for a conscientious, friendly couple to help us and our small team with the day to day running of our AA 5 Gold Pennant Award park.
One person will preferably have IT skills, working in Reception answering the telephone, taking bookings (using Campmanager - training given), handling cash and card payments, taking customers to their location and dealing with customer questions. Also working in our on site shop (during July/August).

The second person will assist in general maintenance and will need a basic knowledge of plumbing, electrics, carpentry skills, grass cutting and strimming.

This position is initially part time - around 60 hours per week per couple, flexible hours to include weekends and bank holidays.
£8 per hour per person.
For the right couple this will lead to a full time position with the possibility of accommodation.

A fully serviced, level hardstanding pitch with 16 amp electric for a motorhome/Caravan is included.

Job Vacancy: Site Warden

We are looking for a conscientious and dependable site warden who has high standards, is pro-active and shows the wide range of skills required for this all encompassing job. The role incorperates general maintenence and upkeep of the park (including gardening, cleaning facilities, ensure site is safe and secure, responsible for the tools, equipment and machinery on site) and delivering customer care (including caravan sales, caravan siting, small repairs, being on call through the night). Must also oversee the bailiff duties for the fishing lakes.

The successful candidate must be respectful, energetic and take pride in their work.

Must hold driving license.

Jubilee Park is a charity run organisation in central Lincolnshire. We are on the outskirts of the popular tourist village of Woodhall spa around a 10 minute walk from the village centre. Active couple required to join the beautiful Jubilee Park as Park Wardens. The role is key and involves a high amount of interaction with customers.
We are looking for another couple to join our existing warden couple. This role will mainly involve afternoon/evening work at weekends and two full days during the week.

Role Responsibilities;
•To deliver the most outstanding service to all customers and exceed their expectations
•To promote the Company with a positive approach at all times
•To ensure the smooth running of the Company booking system (campmanager-Training given)
•To handle any customer Queries and welcome guests.

This is a 10 month/ per year, permanent position where you will be living on site in your own touring accommodation. As Assistant Park Managers, you will live and work on the Park throughout the season. Reporting to the Park Managers, you will be energetic and conscientious, with a real can-do attitude. Your role will cover all aspects of the operation including guest services, leisure services, maintenance, grounds and retailing, as well as administrative tasks. Your primary objective is to ensure that our guests have an outstanding holiday experience.

The site is on the limestone escarpment of Wenlock Edge in the Shropshire Hills AONB. It has fantastic countryside views in each direction and is an ideal base for walks and cycling. A public footpath runs through the lower end of the site and takes you in three different directions - town, Homer or to Wenlock Edge where you can walk for miles in woodland.
There are 40 pitches spread out over terraces, around 30 have hook-ups (10 or 16amp). There is a washing up area, shower and toilet facilities and a chemical waste disposal area. Our disabled toilet/shower has a 19"" high toilet bowl and a shower a wheelchair can easily enter

The Styche Caravan and Camping site is in the idyllic town of Much Wenlock, Shropshire. The site is a 10-minute walk from the centre of Town and is nestled between open fields and woodland. There are various walks and trails that lead across the Wenlock Edge itself and directly into town. There are also easy road access to Ironbridge, Telford and Shrewsbury which makes the location desirable to visitors.
The site itself includes 25 caravan or motorhomes touring pitches some of which are hard standing and enough room for 15 tents with five hook ups available. There is a toilet and shower block available for customers use and mains water.
The site is now part of The Edge Adventure Activities which is just a short drive/walk away. Successful applicants will work alongside management and have support when needed but it essential for applicants to understand that the day to day running of the park would be their responsibility.
Job Description
• Live in Seasonal Park Warden
• Park will be open from February-November 7 days a week.
• First point of call
• Share the day to day roles and responsibilities of maintaining and organising a campsite

What is Expected of applicant(s)
