Westhayes caravan park is located on the Devon and Dorset border near the beautiful town of Lyme Regis. It is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty within the Jurassic Coast area which is designated a world heritage site. The park is within easy reach of many destinations of interest and places to visit.
The Park is mostly flat with the following facilities:
We have a bar and restaurant, heated indoor swimming pool, small shop, reception, games room, toilet blocks, laundry, recreation area and nature trail.
We have an abundance of wildlife to enjoy within the parks landscaped boundaries
The park enjoys a pleasant and friendly atmosphere that welcomes both new and existing customers.
The park consists mostly of static holiday homes with one area of touring caravans. All our holiday homes are privately owned and we do not hire or allow sub letting.

Park Managers' Position
We are currently seeking a couple to manage one of our Caravan Parks located near Dorchester.
The park is set in both woodland and open areas and consists of static caravans, seasonal touring and general touring.
All caravans are for private ownership with no sub-letting or hire fleet.
The position would suit a confident, active and highly motivated couple who are responsible, flexible and physically fit. They must have a hands on approach to running a caravan park.
Applicants are required to have good customer and practical skills. They must be able to work on own initiative, be able to problem solve and be computer literate.
Previous experience in the day to day running of a caravan park, static sales and siting of static caravans would be an advantage.
The managers will be part of a small team that are working to provide a high level of service to customers and to keep the appearance and maintenance of the park in good order at all times.
Duties to include:
The day to day running of the caravan park, bookings, static customers, static sales, shop, bar and restaurant, touring, seasonal touring, maintenance, ground works, cleaning facilities, health and safety, accounts, record keeping, financial reports, new projects and developments, dealing with contractors, suppliers and deliveries.
The managers are also responsible for dealing with the staff, organising their rotas and daily duties, and carrying out staff training as required.
We are seeking a couple who have the necessary level of commitment to be involved with the future development of the park, a couple who have the desire, motivation and enthusiasm to continue to move the park forward and work with the company to maximise the parks potential.
Successful applicants will be required to live on the park in accommodation provided.
