As Campsite Supervisors you will be supporting the Campsite Manager run all aspects of the site and deputise for them when they are off duty. Your key responsibility will be managing the guest experince and ensuring they have a fantastic stay. The Campsite Supervisors will have responsibility for the smooth operation of the site over their shifts, from keeping the shop running, to ensuring all the facilities are clean and serviceable and turning around the bell tents. Key Responsibilities Deputise for the Campsite Manager when they are off duty Manage the activities of the campsite assistants over the duration of your shift Ensure the smooth running of the site and delivery of an exceptional customer experience Make hot drinks and run the on site shop Help customers with any queries and oversee the on site pizza kitchen and ‘Gin and Fizz’ bar Coordinate the delivery of the in-house Arts and Crafts and Bushcraft activities Ensure all the facilities are clean and get involved...
