Seasonal Grounds Person/Warden

We are looking for an experienced Grounds Person with a proven track record within the holiday park industry. The successful applicant must have the ability to work alongside a committed team with a fully hands-on approach and strive to drive the park forward and display a high level of customer care. An ideal candidate should be able to work alongside their colleagues out on the grounds. This is a role for an enthusiastic, hard-working individual who enjoys the practical and outdoor aspect of the working. Experience with groundworks and general maintenance is essential. Duties to include: – maintaining the high standards of the Park; grass-cutting and strimming; general repairs and maintenance to include basic electrical and plumbing work; This is a list of the main duties carried out in the role of Seasonal Grounds Person but it is not exhaustive, there any many ad-hoc jobs that arise over the course of the working day. Days worked over five days per week to include Bank Holidays. Previous Holiday Park experience in a similar role would be an advantage. A current driving licence is essential.

We have an exciting opportnity a Bar Manager to join our team at Flower of May Holiday Park for the 2026 season. Would suit conscientious and enthusiastic individual. A couple may be consider with one taking a more supportive role of general bar work and cleaning. Duties to include: – Cash handling – Ordering / stock control – Staff supervision – Ensuring cleanliness of complex – Bar work – Cellar management Candidates must display a high level of customer service and have the ability to oversee the general running of the bar complex with a fully hands on approach. Must have previous experience. A personal licence is essential and First Aid qualification would be an advantage. An attractive package is offered with negotiable salary dependant on experience plus excellent performance bonus payable upon completion of the season. A work place pension is also available. This is a seasonal position from March to early November 2026.

Flower of May Holiday Parks Limited are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working and practical couple with a passion for customer service to join our team as Seasonal Park Wardens for the 2026 season. You will be mainly responsible for assisting the Park Managers with the day-to-day smooth running of the Park together with general maintenance and cleaning within the Holiday Park, reporting to Company Directors and Park Management. Duties may include: – • Reception and Shop duties • Dealing with general enquiries • Groundwork and gardening together with general maintenance and repairs • Siting of sales vans • Ensuring that a high standard of cleanliness of facilities is achieved and maintained • Gas bottle exchange • Litter picking and bin rotation • Unpacking and cleaning of sales vans • Toilet & Shower block cleaning • Regular inspections of Toilet & Shower blocks • Evenings on call • Late night park inspection • Supervision of staff on Manager’s day off Please note this is a list of the main tasks to be carried out in the role of Wardens but it is not exhaustive.
