Oakdown Holiday Park

Oakdown is Sidmouth’s only 5 Pennant Platinum Touring and Holiday Caravan Park and as the first Five Star rated Park in the Sidmouth area prides itself on first class facilities and most importantly first-class customer service. We are looking for two new members to join our team who can demonstrate enthusiasm, commitment, and attention to detail. This is a permanent vacancy for a couple (2 persons) to live on site in one of our luxury Holiday Homes that can be renewed annually. For both roles, excellent people skills and a can-do attitude are essential. One role is predominantly in Reception with flexibility to work in other departments when required. Computer experience is essential. Daily duties involve email, customer care, telephone handling, taking bookings, supporting guests both on the touring side and Holiday Home side, storage, seasonal and other general office tasks. The second role is as a Warden, as part of a team of wardens.
