We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Park Management Couple to work on our small friendly static caravan park located on the Essex coast The jobs involve a hands-on position and your duties will include all aspects of park maintenance, groundskeeping, siting caravans etc. Also there will be office work, requiring computer skills, dealing with all the office routines, customer service, etc. We are looking for a couple who will have a friendly interaction with our customers and resolve any issues that my arise. We do not have Rentals, Touring caravans, or a Shop, there is a small bar which you will be offered the franchise for. This is a permanent position, due to the responsibility and trust that comes with this position references are required. Salary to be discussed on interview.  Accommodation would be a three bedroomed lodge, with central heating and double glazing. No pets will be allowed in the Lodge. This role is to take care of the general maintenance and upkeep of the resort, performing a variety of routine daily, weekly and monthly tasks along with any other matters that arise and need attention.  These to include; checking of swimming pools and hot tubs to maintain good water chemistry, checking of refuse areas, changing gas cylinders as required, watering plants, checking all park grounds, buildings and play areas for safety and quality standards, fixing anything that requires attention, performing a variety of health & safey checks and procedures, changing of water and cleaning of hot tubs between guests, dealing with any out of hours call outs.  Training will be given for the pool and hot tub maintenance.  Whilst prior experience would be an advantage, the only qualifications required being good DIY skills, a problem solving attitude with a ‘can do’ approach and a pleasant demeanour as you will be dealing with our owners and guests where service is key to our success.   Additional work may be available in housekeeping, spa reception, bar & restaurant for anyone looking for a lifestyle role as a couple.

We are looking for a retired but active couple to help our Managers 2 days per week through the busy season.  This is not a 9-5 position and you both must be willing to help out. We are looking for Two enthusiastic and self-motivated couples to fill the position of housekeeping and to work in our very busy Quiet Bite, preparing and serving our homemade woodfired pizzas and serving breakfast rolls, crêpes, barista coffees and teas in the mornings on our award-winning holiday park. The roles will vary day to day, from cleaning accommodations to working in the Quiet Bite.  The job requires lots of energy and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment.
