Cleaning of the hire fleet – holiday caravans, apartment and camping pods, to a high standard Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail in the toilet block and swimming pool changing rooms Cleaning the interior of the swimming pool building (tiled floor, windows, seating) Cleaning other public areas, such as the games room Cleaning the exteriors of holiday caravans (mainly windows) Monitoring the upkeep of public areas and report maintenance tasks for repairs 25 to 35 hours over 5 days – single person or job share

We are looking for two new members to join our team who can demonstrate enthusiasm, commitment, and attention to detail. This is a permanent vacancy for a couple (2 persons) to live on site in one of our luxury Holiday Homes that can be renewed annually. For both roles, excellent people skills and a can-do attitude are essential. One role is predominantly in Reception with flexibility to work in other departments when required. Computer experience is essential. Daily duties involve email, customer care, telephone handling, taking bookings, supporting guests both on the touring side and Holiday Home side, storage, seasonal and other general office tasks. The second role is as a Warden, as part of a team of wardens. Daily duties primarily involve; – greeting guests and showing to pitch, towing caravans from storage to pitch, keeping the park looking pristine by tending to the small gardens, grass cutting and hedge trimming, delivering gas bottles, cleaning amenities, bin runs, and other tasks that support...

We are looking for a couple or two solo wardens to join us this summer and fill this position with the ability to start as soon as possible until September 30th to work in our reception checking-in guests. Your tasks will include using our online booking system, Anytime Booking, accepting calls and replying to emails, cleaning the toilet blocks and showers once a day, as well as selling products from our shop and ensuring guests are comfortable and happy. We are a medium-sized campsite with many repeat customers coming for their holidays. Previous experience is desirable but not necessary, as long as you have some customer facing experience, as we will train you on the job. Hours are from 9am – 6pm with 1 hour for lunch. You will work 5 days (split into a longer week and then a shorter week of 3 days worked). You will need to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday as these are our busiest days, covering 1 night shift during the week which will either be a Monday or a Tuesday, to ensure our night warden has their 2 days off.  

Assistant Warden couple or individuals required for the summer season. Work to include reception (computerised booking system), shop, cleaning of the amenity blocks, groundwork and maintenance. Wayside Holiday Park near Pickering is looking for enthusiastic, hard-working and practical individual to work as a Warden for the 2026 Season. Groundwork and gardening together with maintenance and repairs are an integral part of this role.  Previous experience with ride-one mowers and strimmers is essential. Successful candidate should possess a high level of customer care. Must have a full driving licence. Hours worked five days out of seven and may include weekends and Bank Holidays.
