Job description – PARK MANAGERS- WEST HIGHLANDS SCOTLAND We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Park Management Couple to work on our beautiful  Lodge Park in the Highlands of Scotland. The jobs involve a hands-on position and your duties will include all aspects of park repairs, maintenance, groundskeeping  maintenance of private water supply system -cleaning of holiday cottages.  Also, there will be office work, requiring computer skills, dealing with all the office routines, customer service, etc. managing and booking systems/web portals   will have a friendly interaction with holiday lodge owners and separately holiday makers in our 3 cottages and resolve any issues that may arise. We are looking for a couple who have experience and proficient in undertaking all the duties involved in the job. We have Rentals of 3 cottages. There is a club house comprising bar and restaurant  which can be made available for franchise separately. There is a small marina currently not in use. This is a permanent position, due to the responsibility and trust that comes with this position references are required. Salary to be discussed on interview and as part of a pacakage.  Accommodation would be a 2-bedroom lodge, which has  electric heating and double glazing....

– Confident ability to tow caravans is essential (with a tractor) from compound to and from pitches,– Grounds maintenance and basic DIY tasks.– Cleaning and regular checks of toilet/shower blocks.– Welcoming Guests, showing on to pitch and helping with enquiries.– Other general duties to ensure the smooth running of the park-Must bring own Caravan/Motorhome (Free Touring Pitch, Electricity and Laundry) in exchange for 1-3 On call evenings a week)-Our small team, rotate four days working followed by two days off. Green Wood Parks is an established family business which manages holiday caravan parks across the UK. We are looking for capable Park Warden couple to help the Park Manager with the day to day running of the park at Northcliffe & Seaview Holiday Parks. The responsibilities will include Housekeeping / Cleaning / Laundry / Reception / Gardening. These are varied roles requiring a couple who are willing to try their hand at all the different tasks that crop up on the park. You must also have a valid UK driving licence. Previous caravan park experience is helpful but not required, and we welcome applications from people with a wide variety of reception, housekeeping, groundskeeping, gardening, building, or farming background, as you will have many relevant skills. An enthusiastic and physically fit couple are required to join our cleaning team for 2026 to help maintain our facilities and accomodation to the highest of standards. Hours are varied  with early starts and shift work,  working 4 or 5 days per week Monday to Thursday/Friday approximately 8 hours per day.  A pitch for your Caravan/Motorhome/ Campervan is provided free of charge (electric is metered and charged for).  The positions are available from Mid May until Mid September.
