Role Overview: We are seeking two proactive Assistant Park Wardens to join our team. These individuals will job share and work closely alongside our current Park Managers to ensure the seamless operation of our park. The roles require a combination of administrative proficiency, customer service excellence, and hands-on maintenance skills. Roles & Responsibilities: 1st Role: Administrative Assistant Park Warden Assist in managing reception duties, providing a welcoming atmosphere for guests, and effectively handling all inquiries and communications. – Support the Park Manager in answering calls, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily. – Help coordinate with manufacturers for aftercare services and maintain effective communication channels. – Assist in financial management tasks including payment follow-ups and transaction logging using our Camp Manager CRM system. – Demonstrate competent computer skills for effective administration and record-keeping. 2nd Role: Maintenance Assistant Park Warden Support the Park Manager in all on-site maintenance tasks including gas deliveries, strimming, grass cutting, and general upkeep to maintain the park’s standards. – Contribute to or assist with siting tasks for static caravans and lodges as needed. – Engage in various maintenance duties, showcasing a proactive and skilled approach to facilities management.
