Job Opportunity: Park Managers (Couple or Individual) – Lodge Park, Fylde Coast, Lancashire We are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Park Managers at our well-established lodge park on the Fylde Coast, Lancashire. The park consists of 150 privately owned lodges and static caravans. Ideally suited for a couple, but we are also happy to consider individual applications. The RolesWe have two full-time positions available, working five days a week, alongside our Sales Manager, who will be on-site a few days each week. Office-Based Park Manager (Admin & Customer Support) Managing the park’s day-to-day admin to ensure smooth operations.Logging payments and inputting data into our CRM system (moderate computer skills required). Handling customer enquiries, issuing bills, and resolving after-sales issues with lodge manufacturers.Providing excellent customer service and building relationships with lodge and caravan owners.Grounds & Maintenance Park Manager General park maintenance to keep the site tidy and well-maintained.Grass cutting, landscaping, and general upkeep of the park.Carrying out basic handywork and repairs (moderate DIY skills required).Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all residents and visitors.All necessary tools will be provided.
