  • Administration: Manage bookings and carry out administrative duties such as record-keeping and general office tasks.
  • Retail: Oversee the park shop, including operating tills, cashing up, managing stock, and ensuring a high standard of shop presentation.
  • Pitch Management: Assist with the pitching and setting up of units for guests.
  • Local Tourism Support: Maintain tourist information displays, stock leaflets, and liaise with local businesses to promote regional attractions.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the park, including inside and outside of buildings, toilet/shower blocks, and general areas.
  • Grounds and Gardening: Carry out gardening and general maintenance tasks, including refuse collection, lawn care, and maintaining park grounds using provided equipment.

To be successful you will need to possess the following:

  • A friendly, approachable demeanour and a sense of humour, with a passion for helping people.
  • A commitment to providing the highest levels of customer service.
  • A strong desire to maintain cleanliness and ensure a well-kept environment.
  • A practical, hands-on approach to gardening, maintenance, and other tasks.
  • Basic administration skills, including numeracy and computer literacy, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
  • A current UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.

In return we offer:

  • 1 x shared static accommodation for you and your job share partner.
