Job description - Assistant Warden Couple
A rare vacancy has just arisen for a assistant warden couple to work alongside our existing site team and current wardens. The successful applicants may have previous experience, but more importantly will have a friendly personality, be flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team. They will need to be honest, hard-working and demonstrate strong customer focus.
Duties will be varied and will include manning reception, meeting and greeting guests, dealing with telephone calls and emails. A good degree of computer literacy will be required for administration and office work in regards to the caravan park and rental lodges. Training will of course be given on our on-line booking system and other booking procedures. External duties will include general site maintenance, lodge and facilities cleaning, on-site problem solving, emptying bins, assisting customers and supervising and instructing our contract cleaners on lodge handover days.
This post is available immediately and we would ideally be looking for a couple to start as soon as possible.
The position will initially be a seasonal post from now until end of October, with the possibility of extension for next season. You would be expected to work five days including weekends with two consecutive days off mid week.
A free hardstanding pitch and electric will be provided for your caravan or motorhome.
Salary can be discussed further but will exceed NMW.
