About the Môr & Mynydd Camping Club at Cnwc
We are a newly established Camping Club based at Cnwc on the Bodorgan Estate.
We have:
•an established coastal camp site with space for 200 pitches; a barn; and amenities
•a 60-day operating licence
•direct access to the beach
The Opportunity
We are seeking an operator who can bring a clear vision, strong operational capability, and a thoughtful approach to land stewardship. The successful applicant will be granted a management agreement to operate the Cnwc campsite for the 60-day 2026 season (dates to be agreed). This opportunity is particularly well suited to operators with experience in: -Seasonal or pop-up camping-Boutique, eco, or low-impact camping-Event-led or experiential outdoor hospitality. We welcome proposals that balance commercial success with environmental sensitivity and a high-quality guest experience.
The Cnwc Site
Set within a private estate in a stunning coastal location, this opportunity offers the chance to create a distinctive and commercially successful campsite in one of Anglesey’s most attractive landscapes.
Location: Cnwc Farm, Bodorgan Estate, Anglesey Setting: 11 Acre field on a private estate with coastal appeal 2026 Season: Dates TBD – The site offers a flexible canvas for a well-designed temporary campsite, allowing operators to shape a concept that complements the character of the estate.
Operator Responsibilities -Managing bookings, customer service, and guest experience-Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation-Ensuring responsible waste management-Returning the site to its original condition at the end of the season
-Operators must ensure full compliance with all relevant Welsh planning and licensingrequirements, including any exemption frameworks and the 60-day operating limit.

Space for own campervan/touring caravan available which would include electrical hook-up and access to facilites on the campsite.
Touring caravan available for applicants without their own accommodation.
Campsite Description
Situated within the private Bodorgan Estate in a stunning coastal setting, the 11-acre site lies within one of Anglesey’s most attractive landscapes, offering panoramic coastal views and access to a rich local heritage.
The site comes with facilites which include compost toilets, showers, washing stations and water.
