About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on maintenance work with customer-facing reception and administrative duties in a varied and rewarding environment.
No two days are the same – from maintaining park facilities to welcoming guests and supporting operations, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience.
What You’ll Be Doing Grounds & Maintenance
- General maintenance and repairs across park homes and caravans
- Siting and connecting caravans, including plot preparation
- Maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented external areas
- Supporting seasonal maintenance programmes
- Ensuring plant and equipment are in good working order
- Liaising with the Maintenance Manager on daily tasks
- Participating in on-call duties outside office hours
What you’ll be doing Admin
- Reception, Admin & Housekeeping
- Supporting reception and guest services operations
- Handling enquiries, bookings, and customer queries
- Processing payments, orders, and basic accounts/admin tasks
- Using internal systems (purchase orders, cash books, etc.)
- Assisting with caravan sales enquiries
- Maintaining cleanliness of offices and communal areas
- Working closely with sales, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in general maintenance
- Previous holiday park or caravan siting experience (essential)
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
For both
- Previous reception or guest services experience (essential)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel)
- Organised, adaptable, and confident dealing with customers
- Team players with a positive, can-do attitude
- Flexible and reliable, especially during busy seasons
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality
- Working Hours
Spring & Summer: Typically 10am – 7pm, including weekends and Bank Holidays
Winter: Reduced/varied hours in line with park activity
