Riverview Holiday Park is a well-established, family-run holiday park in Lincolnshire, and we are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated couple to become our new Live-in Park Managers.
This is a fantastic lifestyle opportunity for a couple who enjoy working with people, take pride in maintaining high standards, and are looking for a long-term role in a beautiful holiday park setting.
As Park Managers, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the park, ensuring owners and guests receive outstanding customer service while helping to maintain the high standards that Riverview Holiday Park is known for.
Main Responsibilities
Managing the day-to-day operations of the holiday park.
Providing excellent customer service to holiday homeowners and visitors.
Maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and presentation of the park.
Carrying out regular park inspections.
Coordinating maintenance and repairs where required.
Assisting with holiday home sales enquiries and viewings.
Responding to owner queries professionally and efficiently.
Ensuring park rules and health & safety standards are maintained.
General administration and record keeping.
Being available for occasional out-of-hours emergencies when required.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Practical and hands-on with good problem-solving ability.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Previous experience in holiday parks, hospitality, customer service, property management, or maintenance is desirable but not essential.
