Park Manager Couple – Shamba Holiday Park, St Leonards

We are looking for a friendly, hardworking and reliable couple to join us at Shamba Holiday Park in St Leonards.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a beautiful holiday park as part of a growing family-run business.
The Role
Person 1 – Park Manager / Reception
Managing guest bookings and enquiries
Welcoming owners and holiday guests
Handling check-ins and check-outs
General administration and customer service
Ensuring the park runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis
Person 2 – Grounds & Maintenance
Grass cutting and general grounds maintenance
Basic plumbing, painting and repairs
Keeping the park clean, tidy and well presented
General maintenance of holiday accommodation and park facilities
Assisting with ongoing improvements around the park
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, approachable and professional
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Previous holiday park, hospitality or maintenance experience is desirable but not essential
Full UK driving licence preferred
A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to work as a team
