Immediate Opportunity: Park Managers (Couple or Individual)
5-Star Static & Lodge Park – North Yorkshire / Lancashire Border
We are seeking experienced Park Managers to join our team promptly at our well-established, 5-star static and lodge park located on the North Yorkshire / Lancashire border.
The park is home to approximately 200 privately owned lodges and static caravans and is maintained to a very high standard. This opportunity is ideally suited to a couple, though individual applications are equally welcome. Due to the nature of the park, previous park management experience is essential.
The Roles
We are recruiting for two full-time positions, working five days per week, alongside our Sales Manager and part time office / maintaince team.
Office-Based Park Manager (Administration & Customer Support)
Overseeing day-to-day park administration to ensure smooth operations
Logging payments and maintaining accurate records within our CRM system
Handling customer enquiries, issuing bills, and managing after-sales liaison with lodge manufacturers
Delivering a high standard of customer service and building strong relationships with owners
(Moderate computer skills required)
Grounds & Maintenance Park Manager
Day-to-day grounds maintenance and general upkeep of the park
Grass cutting, landscaping, and presentation of communal areas
Carrying out basic repairs and handyman tasks as required
Ensuring the park remains safe, tidy, and welcoming at all times
(Moderate DIY skills required – all tools provided)
What We’re Looking For
A reliable, proactive couple or individuals able to step into the role confidently
Strong customer service skills and a practical, hands-on approach
Ability to work independently while contributing to a small on-site team
A keen eye for detail and pride in maintaining high standards
Experience in park operations, maintenance, or similar environments
