Job description - Park Wardens
We require a dedicated, enthusiastic and hands-on Warden Couple, to join our team and assist our Park Managers. Duties are to assist with the day-to-day running, and continued expansion, of our beautiful established holiday park and fishery in Lincolnshire. This is an opportunity to be involved in the running and ongoing development of a high quality 5 STAR fishing retreat and work for a family company that has been established for 40 years.
We are looking for a couple seeking long-term employment, and who can fill the role of hands on ‘working wardens’. The outdoor warden should have experience in Static Caravan siting, Caravan pitch service installations, general park/grounds maintenance and park improvement projects, the use and maintenance of park vehicles/machinery, record keeping, and be able to effectively work within a small team of outdoor working people. The office/cleaning warden should have experience of cleaning holiday lets/sales stock as this forms a large part of the job, working in a park office, have good general administration skills, have an excellent and helpful telephone manner, have a welcoming and outgoing personality for meeting and greeting park visitors and also be able to undertake light general duties out on park.
Both applicants should very much have a ‘can do’ approach, a very good work ethic, be very pro-active in undertaking their tasks and most of all, have excellent organisational and communication skills.
Free accommodation comprises a Static Caravan with large pitch and lake views. Full Driving Licence ideally required for both applicants. Full-time hours for both positions. Shared ‘on call’ cover with other staff applies.

Lowfields Country Holiday Fishing Retreat is a Visit England 5 Star park set in 50 acres of beautiful rural countryside, with an abundance of wildlife and 11 fishing picturesque lakes. We currently have 180 Static Holiday Caravan pitches and 10 Lodge pitches, the majority of which are occupied by holiday home owners. Two cottages, five Static Holiday Caravans and a Log Cabin are managed in house as holiday lets.
