Job description - Seasonal Grounds Person/Warden
We are looking for an experienced Grounds Person with a proven track record within the holiday park industry. The successful applicant must have the ability to work alongside a committed team with a fully hands-on approach and strive to drive the park forward and display a high level of customer care. An ideal candidate should be able to work alongside their colleagues out on the grounds. This is a role for an enthusiastic, hard-working individual who enjoys the practical and outdoor aspect of the working. Experience with groundworks and general maintenance is essential.
Duties to include: –
maintaining the high standards of the Park;
grass-cutting and strimming;
general repairs and maintenance to include basic electrical and plumbing work;
This is a list of the main duties carried out in the role of Seasonal Grounds Person but it is not exhaustive, there any many ad-hoc jobs that arise over the course of the working day.
Days worked over five days per week to include Bank Holidays.
Previous Holiday Park experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
A current driving licence is essential.
