Job Description:

To have a flexible and adaptive attitude to change and do everything to make the new approaches and methods work. To maintain a consistent and effective approach to work. To accept the importance of maintaining and improving standards in the business and strive to exceed expectations at all times. To ensure personal appearance is of the highest standard of tidiness and hygiene and as required by the park. To ensure that correct uniform is worn at all times and maintained to a good standard Communicate with fellow team members professionally at all times. To attend any relevant training courses as recommended by the General Manager, Caravan Sales Manager or the Company.

Job Description:

This is a great opportunity to earn fantastic OTE as well as having fun !!. In peak season the working days will be 6 days a week 10- 6pm accommodation may be provided on site.

Role Profile:

Key Responsibilities:

Developing Business Performance:
•Responsible for utilising and actioning allocated leads to generate appointments so to maximise all sales opportunities and create a strong value chain.
•To ensure all contact and appointment boards are up to date daily.
•To meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPI targets (Key Performance Indicators) as set by Caravan Sales Manager.
•To implement any marketing activity as defined by CSM to maximise the opportunities in both new and part-exchange business.

Maintaining an Effective Operation:
•To ensure presentation and dressing of the sales fleet is maintained to the required standard
•To ensure presentation of the Showground is maintained to the required standard.
•To utilise all systems available to maintain a customer database in order to facilitate future sales opportunities.
•To ensure all administration is completed and filed to deadline.
•To explore financing arrangements with the prospective customer and deal with any financial matters in a confidential way
•To ensure compliance with all aspects of Company policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, SAFE and caravan sales guidelines.
•To organise own time in the most effective and productive way
•To ensure appropriate information is inserted in the “”Welcome Packs “”
•To ensure the Sales Office depicts a professional, clean and tidy but welcoming environment.
•To keep up to date with any key legislation changes affecting the business
