I am looking for a talented General Manager for a holiday park based in Devon.

Our park teams are lead by a General Manager and have a number of Heads of Department or HOD’s which form part of the park Leadership team. Overall, regardless of the role they fulfil, the overall aim is about being an antidote for everyday living with our parks being a breath of fresh for our holidaymakers and owners. Supporting each other through delivery of a set of crystal clear values ensures that all team help to create amazing experiences and memories for our guests, equally focusing on standards and service at all times.

We describe our team members as ‘bright and breezy people’ and you will need to have the right attitude for consistently living by the dare to care, yes I can, keep it simple, make it fun and do the right thing approach for our guests.

Responsibilities for the Role:

With Our Guests
To build & develop relationships with owners and holiday makers
Ensures all services and facilities provided on park are offered to an exceptional standard.
Deals effectively and efficiently with customer complaints following company guidelines/ Best Practice and monitoring reporting procedures within the park.
Ensuring the delivery of caravan ownership and holiday experience.

With My Team
Attract, recruit and develop all team members embracing their desire to succeed in their given career.
Develop and maintain relationships with all HOD’s and team leaders through support, coaching, and appraisals.
Establish team and park vision and goals and communicate to all effectively.
Hold regular team meetings with all HOD’s.

Adhering to all company procedures, best practice and branding guidelines for both Internal and external business.
Following and enforcing all relevant legislation including health & safety, site licence, fire rigour, employment and licensing laws.
Adhering to administration and cash handling procedures
Completing weekly figures for Head office effectively and accurately
