We are situated at the foot of the South Downs, 8 miles outside of Brighton. We have beautiful views of the downs, lots of walking and a mainline train station that takes 11 minutes into Brighton, 1 hour into London and it is easy to get to interesting locations on the south coast. We have caravan and camping pitches, showers and toilet facilities, laundry that also has fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave and toaster. We have washing up sinks, a children’s play area and a small shop. We are a 15 minute walk to the train station.
