One of the most popular features of Kingfisher Park is the exclusive fishing rights our owners enjoy to one of the most desirable sections of the River Wear. This section stretches for over a mile along the full length of the park and is brimming with trout and salmon – a real attraction to keen fishermen (and women!) as well as a fantastic opportunity for the novice angler! The local Angling Club even visit on a regular basis to offer free lessons to all Kingfisher Park owners so there’s no excuse not to give it a go!
