Job Vacancy: Park Warden
Main Purpose of Job
To support the Sales Manager by ensuring that the service levels on the park are of the highest standard for effectiveness, safety, cleanliness and presentation in all our facilities.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Carrying out ad-hoc repairs in the hire caravans and owners caravans.
Adjustments to boilers / gas bottles and TVs as reported.
Customer service
Basic plumbing
Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, weeding, pruning and gardening
General park up keep
Assisting with siting new caravans when they are delivered.
Connecting new caravans
Assisting the team when needed
Desirable Characteristics
Punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
The ability to interact with our guests and owners using both verbal and non-verbal communication.
Good attention to detail.
The ability to use common tools, precision measuring instruments and electronic testing devices.
The ability to work both on your own and in a team.
To manage your time efficiently whilst prioritising tasks.
Driving licence
To be able to plan and organise work loads
