Our role Reporting into the Holiday Home Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the selling of caravan holiday homes to both new and existing customers, to meet and exceed the targets and financial performance requirements of caravan sales department Your responsibilities include:

• Selling of holiday homes to both new and existing customers. We would expect you to meet and exceed the targets and financial performance requirements of the sales team.

• Meeting and greeting of customers both those with appointments made prior and walk ins onto the showground.

• Liaise with the sales manager to produce quotations, overcome any objections and secure deals maximising profit when you can.

• Carry out relevant paperwork as and when required The successful candidate will have:

•You’ll need to be able to work within a team and interact with a variety of people on a daily basis, building relationships with our customers and driving sales forward.

•Be pro-active, gaining fresh leads, thinking of new ways to attract customers to our parks and keeping them happy.
