This is a small holiday caravan park with owner occupiers. Approx 200 caravans all owner occupied as holiday homes with a 50 week licence.
It is set in the beautiful West Witterings area with access via a footpath from the site to the sandy beach. The Witterings are a very popular area for holidays and the park often has a waiting list of people wishing to buy on the park.
