A lake cruise on Ullswater is a must, with the option of a scenic walk between Howtown and Glenridding (only 7 miles away). For the energetic, the Rookin House Farm Centre next door to the caravan site offers plenty of fun activities – quad bikes, archery, go-karting, clay pigeon shooting, horse riding and much more.
