We would like to thank you for visiting our site and we hope that you find it useful and enjoyable. Unfortunately we have to explain some legal stuff to you, but we’ll try to keep it as brief as possible. The Legal Bit …

These Terms and Conditions of Use (“the Terms”) regulate your use of the Site and by browsing the Site you are demonstrating your acceptance of the Terms in their entirety. If, for any reason, you do not accept the Terms either in whole or in part, you should leave the Site immediately. If you register as a member with us then there are specific terms of membership that you must observe in addition to these Terms when using the Site, but we’ll come to them later.

Throughout the Terms, when we refer to “we”, “us” or “our” etc, we are referring to Holiday Park Homes Ltd. When we refer to “you” etc, we are referring to the user of the Site. We may update the Terms from time to time and if we do any changes to the Terms will be effective from the date when they are posted on the Site. We will let you know about any changes that we do make by posting a message on our homepage. We may also have to take the Site off-line from time to time to carry out maintenance work, in which case, we apologise in advance.

All copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on caravan-jobfinder.co.uk and all content (including all applications) located on the site shall remain vested in Holiday Park Homes Ltd or its licensors (which includes other users and customers). 1. Agreement
When you access or view the Site, you signify that you accept the Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept the Terms, in whole or in part, you should exit the Site immediately. This basically means that we have your permission to use the material and copy, modify or distribute it. You also agree that, if we modify, adapt or improve the material which you provide, all copyright in the modified, adapted or improved work shall belong to Holiday Park Homes Ltd.

3. The Services
‘Vacancy’ is the section of the website that lists all courses, placements and employment vacancies on the Holiday Park Homes database. You are not required to pay Holiday Park Homes Ltd for your use of the ‘Vacancy’ section of the Site. We provide information about job vacancies, courses and projects which is provided by external organisations for inclusion on the Site. This information is published by Holiday Park Homes Ltd in good faith on the basis of the information which we receive from the company in question, and is provided by us without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Holiday Park Homes Ltd are not a party to any contract which may arise between you and any employer arising directly or indirectly from the use of the Site. ‘Interactive’ is the section of the Site that allows you to post your own profile and track down old friends that you met while working abroad. You have to be a member to use this facility.

4. Exclusions
We try to ensure that all of the information and other Site content is accurate. Holiday Park Homes Ltd makes no representation, warranty or endorsement, however, as to the accuracy, suitability or reliability of the information or other content on the Site. We simply provide this information “as is.” We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage which may arise from reliance on information or advice contained in this site, or from your inability to access the site, except where the loss or damage arises as a result of our negligence in which case our liability to you shall be limited to£10 or the cost of your subscription, whichever is the greater. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, (whether for loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill, loss of data, interruption of use, unavailability of data or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever howsoever caused(whether arising out of any negligence or breach of this agreement or otherwise). You agree to indemnify us against all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise from any breach of this Agreement by you or through a machine on which you access the Holiday Park Homes Ltd Service.

5. Hyperlinks
The Site may contain links to other web-sites. We are only suggesting these sites to you for information purposes only. The fact that we have suggested them to you does not imply our endorsement of the web-site or its content. These Terms only apply to the Site and do not extend to linked sites which you may visit. We can only advise you to exercise care when visiting linked site and we cannot accept and liability for the linked site and/or its content. 6 Assignation
We reserve the right to assign this agreement, and to assign or subcontract any or all of our rights and obligations under this agreement. You may not without the written consent of Holiday Park Homes Ltd assign or dispose of this agreement.

7. Jurisdiction
These Terms and the agreement which arises between us, Holiday Park Homes Ltd, and you the user through your use of the Site, is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the law of Scotland and each of the parties submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.

Using our interactive services

Terms of Membership

As a member, your use of the Site is governed by the Terms of Use above and these Terms of Membership.

You must be at least 18 years of age and are able to:
• access the interactive area of the Site;
• use the Reunion Service;
• post your name and other details on the Site for others to view
• receive e-mails to your nominated account.

As part of the registration process for the Interactive Service, you will receive a verification email, the purpose of which is to take reasonable steps to ensure that the email address you have nominated during registration is controlled by you.

You undertake to register for the Service using accurate and current information about yourself – including your correct name, address and any other requested details. You also undertake only to add yourself to a location, resort or centre on the Interactive Service which you attended during the period submitted.

Holiday Park Homes Ltd’s Privacy Policy forms part of this agreement, and by agreeing to this agreement, you also give your consent to the way we may handle your personal data in that policy. Given the global nature of the World Wide Web, any posting on the Site (including any which contain personal information) is, of course, accessible to internet users around the world.

3. Conditions of Membership
(a) You undertake when using the Site to behave in an appropriate and respectful manner towards others. In particular, but without limitation, you may not behave in such a way as to:-
• Be discriminatory, harassing or racially abusive in itself or towards others;
• Be befamatory towards any person or group;
• Be offensive, indecent, or obscene;
• Constitute unlawful conduct;

In the event that you view material on the Site or receive a communication from a member which you consider to be inappropriate and in breach of these Terms of Membership and/or our Terms of Use, please let us know and we will take such steps as we consider appropriate. Holiday Park Homes Ltd shall be the sole judge of what does, and what does not, constitute inappropriate behaviour on the Site. (b) We reserve the right :-
(i) to suspend or terminate any Member’s access to the Holiday Park Homes Ltd Service, or parts of it, and/or
(ii) to edit, or require the Member to edit, material posted on the Season Workers Service, if the relevant Member or material appears to us to be in breach of any provision of this Agreement.

Any person whose access has been suspended or terminated must not re-register for, or re-access, the Service without our prior consent.

(c) You are responsible for everything which is done on or through the Service while your Membership account is logged on to the Service, or through your email address(es). You are personally responsible for keeping your account details secure.

(d) You are responsible for ensuring that no material you post, or which is posted through a machine on which you access the Site, nor any activity or communication you make in connection with any Holiday Park Homes Ltd Service, will be capable of:
(i) infringing the intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity,
(ii) breaching any applicable law, whether criminal, or otherwise, or
(iii) appearing to be offensive, threatening, obscene, pornographic, false, unreliable or misleading.

(e) Each Member acknowledges that we are entitled to withdraw any material on the the Site which appears, whether based on information received from Members or others or our own determination, to be capable of breaching any part of this agreement, or to bring the Site into disrepute. However, each user acknowledges that we do not actively monitor material which appears on the Site, and that we are reliant upon you and all users to notify us of anything you see here which appears likely to breach this agreement, using the notification techniques which are made available on the Contact Us page.

(f) Even though Members are prohibited from doing so, people may provide information, or otherwise behave, in a way that is unreliable, misleading or even illegal. Further, you should note that

PEOPLE MAY NOT NECESSARILY BE WHO THEY SAY THEY ARE. – YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
