We are a family owned and run business looking for an enthusiastic couple or individuals who can live together to work as full time live-in wardens for the 2021 season. The ideal people must be friendly, in good health, hard working and be well presented. Your shared skills will need to include good administration and customer communication, You should have a positive attitude and a flexible approach and be able to work using your own initiative as well as working under guidance and instruction from the park manager. A good sense of humour is a favourable bonus……..
The role includes:-
– Reception work : working with a computerized booking system, answering telephone & email enquiries, taking bookings, meeting & greeting new arrivals, dealing with customer queries, booking-in, record keeping and selling gas & other shop products. – Daily cleaning of shower / toilet block, wash up area, launderette, waste disposal points, garbage areas and camping pods on changeover days – – Maintenance: Ground work including grass cutting using park machinery, hedge trimming, strimming, and keeping the grounds clean & tidy. General work – various repairs & maintenance, assisting in park projects and minor DIY including joinery, basic plumbing, painting and general.
Working hours will vary depending upon the time of year and business requirements but will include dealing with late night arrivals and evening safety rounds during the touring season.
